1. Return Window

- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, just like you received it.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is not as described
If your return is approved, we will offer:

- A refund, depending on availability and your preference
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, installed, or altered vinyl
- Custom-cut or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to improper use or installation
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Do not send items back without approval.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake
6. Replacement Policy
- If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement
